"My agent even though it was my first time dealing with him was very knowledgeable and respectful. It felt like I was talking to an old friend I have known forever. He prepared a quote and surprisingly his suggestions were not to break my wallet, I was the one who requested higher coverage costing myself more not my agent. My old company Nationwide has very questionable policies and many of the agents are in serious need of people skills. They also did not value loyalty of 25 years and would not prorate a policy two days out to change a due date and instead cancelled me after 25 years of not having accidents, them not having to pay money out, just needing a two-day change on a due date. My agent from State farm ordinarily I would scream at somebody for calling me and trying to sell me something called at the correct time and was very helpful. I couldn't be happier with the coverage that I have even though I'm paying a little more then I probably should, but it's worth it. I have better coverage, I have a company that is not ridiculous in people skills and are on point. I look to be with State Farm for 25 years or until I croak. Will most likely be adding more things to my policy such as homeowners insurance dog insurance all that nice stuff,and motorcycle insurance once my finances are straight. For now I'm covered driving and comfortable with the coverages that I have. Finally I have a friendly agent willing to ask questions if they don't know something, and to bend over backwards to accommodate my needs. My experience with Jason Cox-State Farm Insurance gets a A+. I do want to add at no point in my dealings did I feel pressured by my agent to add to my policy just for him or State Farm to make extra money. The higher coverage were all my idea because of where I live and people around me needing better driving skills. The Cox agency feels like family."
