We are seeking a motivated, competitive, and ethical professional to join our office as an Account Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a sales-focused environment, and is driven to build lasting customer relationships while achieving meaningful results.
As a member of our team, you will assist in marketing State Farm insurance and financial services products, support customer needs, and contribute to the overall sales and service goals of the agency. This employment opportunity is with a State Farm agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies and requires the successful completion of licensing requirements to solicit and service State Farm products.
Responsibilities
- Market and sell State Farm insurance and financial services products to new and existing customers
- Conduct needs-based conversations using office technology and available resources
- Build and maintain professional relationships with clients and prospects
- Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, and cost-effective customer service
- Support the agency’s marketing and sales goals
- Update customer information in the agency’s computer systems as needed
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Licensing & Training Requirements
- Must complete State Farm required training programs
- Must complete continuing education and additional training as required to maintain licenses and stay current on products and services
